COD MW3 Launch – London
-

Today is the launch date for COD MW3 and being a victim of the game, I popped over to Game in Oxford Street where it was all happening.  I  knew I wasn’t going to return empty handed from leaving the house as I carefully remembered to bring my bank card.

Infinity Ward need to fix their Launching events. Activision went all out last year on the launching for Black Ops renting out the old Battersea Power Station with live streaming, celebs and a tonne of activities. Nonetheless, I did enjoy the soldier actors outside game with their fake plastic guns.

Gravity
-

This website is a very cool gravity experiment which allows you to place a few elements:

• Tiny
• Small
• Medium
• Large
• Huge
• OMFG

OMFG – nice touch of modest humour, I think.

It uses Flash, nonetheless it is highly entertaining and fun. Check it out yourself:

New business card
-

I have a new business card. The stock is simply the re-use of some stock available in any office, and I made them by hand. The embossing I hear you say? How did I do that on my own? That, I won’t tell just yet ;) – no fancy/expensive equipment used.
It’s called creative problem solving.

Love Da Popcorn
-

I love da popcorn from Dragons Den and from Saatchi. The stuff occasionally makes an appearance in the Saatchi coffee bar in Charlotte Street and it looks lovely.
The online presence follows through with the look and introduces you to the boys (in-case you’re not familiar) check out their love da website.

Indexhibition WordPress theme
-

Indexhibition is a new WordPress theme I have designed to replicate a classic indexhebit template.
I am still in the process of polishing off a few bits and will soon have it up on this site free for anyone to download, use and edit as they wish.

Hopefully this will help anyone who were looking for a simple and minimal WordPress portfolio site (indexhebit style) and could not find it.

PrintCarrier.com

Never use them. I strongly recommend you stay away from them.

The user account and order management of the site is not easy to manage. I had to call several times to check on my order, and someone on the other side was always ready to tell me what I had to do on the site do upload/confirm/etc my order. I asked several times if I could simply email someone the artwork so they could just get on with it and the answer was always that I had to do it through the site even though I could not locate the upload link.

I order some business card sized printing, and it has now been 2 months since placing the order and we are still faffing with it. The client was expecting them before Christmas and is not happy. They never called to check anything and just left my account More
